Second client took half the time because of the template

First client (real estate niche, lead follow-up automation) took about 12 hours total. Just finished a nearly identical build for a second client in the same niche and it took under 6 hours because I reused most of the same structure. The 'pick one niche' advice in the guide here turned out to be right.

Great to see this confirmed. Been debating whether to specialize or stay general, this tips it toward specializing for me.

How different did client 2's actual tools end up being from client 1's? Curious how much variation the template can handle.
