Which AI tool do you actually use daily for VA work?

Curious what everyone's actual daily stack looks like, not the idealized version. I'm paying for both ChatGPT Plus and Claude Pro right now and wondering if that's overkill for VA work specifically.

I dropped down to just Claude for anything involving long documents, it handles pasted-in email threads better in my experience. Kept ChatGPT free tier for quick stuff.

Disagree, ChatGPT Plus has been fine for everything I do including long docs. I think it depends more on how you write your prompts than which tool.

Both of you are right that it doesn't matter as much as people think. I use whichever one is loaded in my browser tab already, that's the real deciding factor most days.

The one I'd actually pay for on top of either of those is a good task tracker your client can also see into. Saved me a dozen 'what's the status on X' messages a week.
