First bundle got 2 refund requests, feeling discouraged

Published my first bundle last week, got 3 sales and 2 refund requests within days. Buyers said the outputs weren't specific enough for their use case. Wondering if I should pull the listing and start over or just fix it.

Don't pull it, fix the description first. A lot of refunds happen because the listing didn't make clear what input the prompt expects, not because the prompt is actually bad.

Also worth asking the refund requesters directly what they expected instead. That feedback is more useful than guessing.

Had this happen on my second listing. Rewrote the description to be much more specific about the exact use case and refunds basically stopped.
