Inventory management tools - what do you use?

My inventory management is becoming a nightmare. Currently doing 200+ SKUs across wholesale and some arbitrage.
Current problems:
- Running out of stock on winners (lost sales)
- Overstocking on slow movers (storage fees killing me)
- Manual reorder calculations taking forever
- No good way to track what's at prep center vs FBA vs on the way
I've researched:
- SoStocked (seems popular but pricey)
- Forecastly
- RestockPro
- Sellerboard (for analytics + some inventory)
For those doing similar volume, what's working for you? Is the cost justified by the efficiency gains?
Bonus question: Does anyone have a good spreadsheet template they'd be willing to share as a starting point?

SoStocked is pricey but the reorder suggestions alone have paid for itself by preventing stockouts. At 200+ SKUs, manual tracking just doesnt work anymore. I tried spreadsheets for way too long and the stress of constantly running out of winners wasnt worth saving the subscription cost.

For a spreadsheet starting point, check out the templates on the FBA subreddit sidebar. Theres a decent inventory tracker there. Not as good as paid software but works for smaller catalogs. I used something similar until I hit about 75 SKUs.
