Current problems: \- Running out of stock on winners (lost sales) \- Overstocking on slow movers (storage fees killing me) \- Manual reorder calculations taking forever \- No good way to track what's at prep center vs FBA vs on the way I've researched: \- SoStocked (seems popular but pricey) \- Forecastly \- RestockPro \- Sellerboard (for analytics + some inventory) For those doing similar volume, what's working for you? Is the cost justified by the efficiency gains?
