Just crossed $1,000 in revenue for the first time. Profit was about $350 after all fees, but still - it feels REAL now. How I got here: \- Started with retail arbitrage 4 months ago \- Invested my profits in more inventory each month \- Started mixing in some online arbitrage last month \- Finally figured out what sells and what doesn't (spoiler: NOT those clearance toys I thought were a great deal) Lessons learned: \- Scan everything. My best finds were things I almost walked past \- BOLO lists are overrated - by the time you see it, so has everyone else \- Keep detailed notes on what works at which stores \- Don't get discouraged by slow days Next goal: $2,000/month by end of Q2 To everyone just starting - keep going.
