What's your daily FBA routine look like?

Hey everyone! I've been doing FBA for about 3 years now and I'm curious how others structure their day. My typical routine:
Morning (6-8am):
- Check seller central for any issues
- Review overnight sales and restock alerts
- Respond to customer messages
Mid-day:
- Product research (2-3 hours)
- Supplier communications
Evening:
- Prep and ship any merchant fulfilled orders
- Update inventory spreadsheets
What does your day look like? Are you full-time or doing this alongside a job?

Similar to yours but I front-load my product research on weekends when I can really focus. Weekday mornings are strictly for account health and customer service. One thing I added recently: 30 minutes reviewing competitor listings. Amazing how much you can learn from whats working for others.

This is super helpful as a newer seller! Question: how long did it take before you felt like you had a solid routine? Right now I feel like Im just reacting to whatever comes up rather than being proactive.
