Expanding to other Amazon marketplaces

I have been selling mostly on Amazon US but thinking about expanding to UK, DE, and AU. Anyone have experience with international markets? Is the translation worth it?

UK market is solid but DE requires German descriptions. I use a translator for metadata and it pays off. AU is smaller but less competitive.

Start with UK since its English. Test the waters before investing in translations. The page reads from UK are decent.
