Balancing multiple families as a caregiver

I currently work with 3 different families during the week. It is rewarding but scheduling can get tricky. How do you all manage multiple clients without burning out?

I keep a shared Google Calendar with all my families. Color coded so I never double book. Also learned to build in buffer time between jobs for travel.

Three families is my max too. Beyond that I found the quality of care started to slip. It is better to do fewer jobs really well.
