Working on my profile and want to make it stand out. What information do families find most helpful? Should I include certifications I am working towards?

Include specific ages you have worked with, any special skills like tutoring or music, and definitely mention certifications in progress.

A video introduction helps a lot! Families want to see your personality. Also mention if you have a car and can drive kids.
