Demo video actually cut my refund requests

Added a 90-second screen recording to my listing last month after getting a handful of refund requests where people said it 'wasn't what they expected.' Refunds basically stopped after that. Cheap fix, wish I'd done it from day one.

Just a free screen recording tool, nothing fancy. Kept it under 90 seconds and just walked through the main sections.

For Notion specifically I've found a clickable live preview link works even better than video for my audience - they can poke around themselves before buying.
