I've been declining a lot of $3-4 orders and my acceptance rate is now at 23%. Am I doing something wrong? I keep reading about Top Dasher but also that chasing it isn't worth it. What acceptance rate do most successful dashers maintain?

Your 23% AR is totally normal and actually smart! Most experienced dashers are between 15-40%. Top Dasher requires 70% which means accepting a lot of bad orders. Focus on $/mile and hourly rate, not AR. Cherry-pick the good orders.

Top Dasher can be worth it in some markets for the Dash Anytime perk, but you don't need it to make good money. I maintain about 30% AR and still make $25+/hour by being selective. Quality over quantity!
