Best Times and Zones for New Dashers

What times are generally best for dashing? I've tried lunch and dinner but dinner seems way more consistent. Also, my zone has a neighboring zone that's always very busy - should I drive there instead? How do experienced dashers pick their zones?

Dinner 5-8pm is consistently best in most markets. For zones, try the neighboring one for a few hours - you might be surprised. I found my best zone after exploring for a week. Also, busy downtown areas often have parking issues.

Don't trust Very Busy completely - it can be outdated by 15-20 minutes. That said, if your zone is always dead while the neighbor is always busy, definitely try it. Just make sure to end your dash and start a new one in the new zone.
