These templates are great! I also add the restaurant name: Hi! Just picked up your order from [Restaurant]. Heading your way now! Makes it personal and customers appreciate knowing exactly where their food is coming from.

Pro tip: save these as text replacements on your phone. I type otw1 and it auto-expands to my full message. Saves so much time, especially when you're parked and can quickly send updates with one hand.
