After 6 months of trying, I finally got Top Dasher status. The key was strategic acceptance during the last 3 days of the month. I maintained my usual standards the first 27 days, then accepted almost everything to boost my AR above 70%.

The end-of-month strategy is smart! I do the same thing - cherry-pick all month then grind AR the last few days. The scheduling flexibility is worth it in my market because it's so competitive. Congrats on making it!

Interesting approach! In my market Top Dasher isn't worth it because it's rarely busy enough to need Dash Anytime. But for busy markets this could definitely make sense. How much did your earnings change after getting TD?
