Learn which restaurants to avoid during peak times. I have a mental blacklist of places that consistently have 15+ minute waits. Not worth it even for good tips. Also, befriend the staff at your regular spots. Time is money in this game.

My blacklist has saved me so much time and frustration. Popeyes during lunch? Never again. Certain Wingstop locations? Automatic decline. Your time has value - don't waste 20 minutes waiting for a $7 order.

Building relationships with restaurant staff is underrated advice! There's a Chipotle where they know me by name now and my orders are always ready first. Small talk and being friendly goes a long way. They remember the nice dashers.
