Stacking Orders Like a Pro - Timing Strategies

The key to profitable stacking is timing. I only accept add-on orders if the pickup is on my route AND ready within 5 minutes of my first order. Nothing kills your earnings like making a customer wait 20 minutes for cold food.

This is gold advice! I'd add: never accept a stack if the second restaurant is known for long waits. I don't care if it's an extra $8 - making someone wait 30 minutes for cold food will tank your rating fast.

Agreed on delivering first order first! The only exception I make is if the first order is a leave at door and the second is hand it to me on my route - I'll drop the first one quickly since there's no customer interaction wait.
