Reviews are crucial but you cannot ask for them directly. What works: beautiful packaging with a thank you card, including a small freebie, following up after delivery, and just providing amazing products. Currently at 98% positive reviews.

The freebie strategy works amazingly! I include a small sticker with every order and my review rate went from 15% to about 40%. People feel like they got extra value and want to give something back.

Pretty packaging photos get shared on social media too! Had a customer post my package on Instagram which brought in several sales. The unboxing experience is part of the product now.
