Handmade vs Digital Products - Which Path Should You Choose?

I started with handmade jewelry but recently added some digital downloads and the profit margins are completely different. Handmade gives me more creative satisfaction but digitals are passive income. Anyone else running both? How do you balance them?

I do both! Vintage items are my bread and butter but I added digital art prints last year and they are amazing for passive income. The trick is not letting one cannibalize the other - they attract different customers entirely.

Started with handmade jewelry and just launched my first digital product (jewelry care cards). Even that small addition feels like free money. Definitely recommend having at least some digital component in your shop.
