You do not need expensive equipment! My setup: natural light from a window, white foam board reflectors, and my iPhone. The key is consistency across listings and lifestyle shots that show scale. I will share my exact process.

Natural light is everything! I shoot near a north-facing window between 10am-2pm. The consistency tip is huge - my shop looks so much more professional now that all my photos have the same background and style.

Lifestyle photos increased my conversion rate by 40%! People need to see the item in context - being worn, in a home setting, next to objects for scale. Your main photo can be clean white background, but include lifestyle in the gallery.
