This formula is gold! I would add: include the occasion in your title when applicable. Birthday Gift, Anniversary Gift, Christmas Gift - these get searched heavily during holidays. Easy way to get seasonal traffic.

Tested this exact format and can confirm it works. Also do not forget about the power of personalized in your titles - it is one of the most searched terms on Etsy. If you can personalize, mention it upfront!
