Understanding Etsy SEO - Tags, Titles, and Descriptions

I keep reading about SEO but I am confused about what actually matters. Long-tail keywords in titles? All 13 tags? Keyword stuffing in descriptions? What is the current best practice for getting found in Etsy search?

Current SEO priority: 1) First 40 characters of title are most important, 2) Use all 13 tags with long-tail keywords, 3) Description matters less for SEO but helps conversion. Do not keyword stuff - write naturally for humans.
