Went to an estate sale Saturday morning, spent $85, sold everything for $580 by Sunday evening. Best finds: vintage Pyrex set ($15 to $120), working NES with games ($30 to $200). Estate sales are where it is at!

Estate sales are the best kept secret! Get there early, know what you are looking for, and negotiate at the end of the day for even better deals. My average ROI from estate sales is 300%.

That Pyrex flip is amazing! Vintage kitchenware has such a dedicated collector market. I always check for Pyrex, CorningWare, and Fire-King at estate sales now. Easy money when you know what to look for.
