Building Repeat Customers on Marketplace

Started keeping a list of good buyers and messaging them when I get items they might like. Has anyone else built a customer base this way? It feels weird on FBMP but the repeat business is nice.

This is smart! I have a few repeat buyers for specific categories. One guy buys all my power tools, another loves vintage audio. Building relationships turns this into a real business.

I created a simple email list for my best customers. When I find something in their interest area, I message them first before even listing publicly. They love the first dibs and I love the guaranteed sale.
