Been flipping on FBMP for 2 years now as my main income. Some months are great, others are slow. Curious about others doing this full-time - how do you handle the inconsistency? Any tips for making it more stable?

Two years full-time here too! The key is diversification - I do FBMP, eBay for higher-value items, and wholesale lots on the side. Never rely on just one platform or category.

Building up savings during good months to cover slow months is essential. I keep 3 months of expenses in reserve. Also, January-March is always slow - plan for it and use that time to source more inventory.
