Natural lighting is everything! I take all my photos near a big window around noon. The difference between phone flash and natural light is night and day. Literally makes items look more valuable.

The lifestyle shot tip is clutch. For furniture, I stage it in a room. For electronics, I show them powered on and working. People want to visualize owning the item. Make it easy for them.
