Free furniture flipping is genius! I do this too. People pay to have stuff hauled away and we turn around and sell it. Sometimes the best business model is zero cost of goods.

I have a truck specifically for curb alerts and free pickups. The key is being fast - good free stuff goes within hours of being posted. I have alerts set up for my area.
