Wanted to post real numbers since most success posts skip the slow part. 6 months, 24 videos published, finally crossed the YouTube Partner threshold and got my first payout, $118. Not exciting money yet but it's the first time it's felt real instead of theoretical.

This is a completely normal timeline honestly, first 6 months are mostly unpaid setup work even when you're doing everything right.
