Anyone doing this full time yet or is it all still a side project?

Curious how many people in here have actually gone full time on faceless channels versus keeping it as a side thing indefinitely. Not asking to be discouraging, genuinely curious what the realistic ceiling looks like for people a year or more in.

Still very much side project territory for me, about a year in. Income is real but not consistent enough to depend on yet.

I know of people who've gone full time but they're running 3-4 channels with some outsourced editing, not a single channel doing it alone.
