First video hit 40k views out of nowhere

Channel had been sitting around 200-400 views per video for two months, then one video about an oddly specific AI tool topic hit 40k views seemingly randomly. Same format, same editing style as every other video I'd made. Still trying to figure out what actually made this one different.

Happened to me too on a video I almost didn't publish because I thought the topic was too niche. Sometimes the algorithm just picks one.

Check your click-through rate on that video specifically versus your average, that usually explains it more than the topic does.

Also worth checking if it got pulled into a compilation or Shorts feed somewhere, that can cause a spike that looks random but has an external cause.
