Got deactivated after one low rating, is that normal?

Had one customer give me a low rating over an out-of-stock item that genuinely wasn't my fault, and my account got flagged for review shortly after. Feels like a really thin margin for error. Is this a common experience or did I just get unlucky?

Usually it takes a pattern of low ratings, not just one, unless something else was also going on with the account. Did you have other flags before this?

One bad rating alone shouldn't do it in my experience, I've had a couple low ones over 8 months with no issue.

Worth appealing if you genuinely think it wasn't your fault, the support process is slow but it does work sometimes.

This is honestly one of the bigger downsides of this hustle, the rating system doesn't always account for stuff outside your control.
