Not trying to be a downer but there's already an article going around about Muse having privacy issues and Meta possibly taking a cut of transactions eventually. Feels like a lot of people (myself half-included) are rushing to monetize something that's three weeks old without knowing if the rug gets pulled. Anyone actually thinking about this long-term or is everyone just grabbing easy money while it's new?

Grabbing easy money while it's new, no shame in that honestly. If it dies in 3 months I made a few hundred bucks I wouldn't have otherwise. If it doesn't, I've got a head start on everyone who waited.

This is the right way to think about it imo. Treat it like a limited-time opportunity, not a long-term business plan, until there's more track record.

Agreed, though I'd hold off building anything that assumes the free tier stays free. If Meta starts taking a cut of savings I find for a client, my whole percentage-of-savings pricing model needs to change overnight.
