Made a design with a Canva Pro element and didn't realize until Etsy pulled it

Used what I thought was a free icon, turned out it had the little crown on it and I just didn't notice. Got a takedown notice a week after it went live. Lesson learned but wanted to warn people since it's an easy mistake to make.

Happened to me with a font, not even an icon. The crown icons are small and easy to miss when you're moving fast.

I got in the habit of zooming in on every element before exporting now just to double check for the crown. Annoying but cheaper than a takedown.

There's also a way to filter search results to free-only elements in Canva now, worth turning on if you're doing this a lot.
