Got approved 3 weeks ago, profile's filled out, rates are competitive for my area, and still zero bookings. Is this normal? How long did it take everyone else to land their first one?

Totally normal. Owners request you, you can't go pitch them, so a new profile with no reviews is basically invisible until someone takes a chance on you. Took me almost 5 weeks. What worked: I dropped my intro rate for the first 3 bookings and said so in my profile, and I made myself available for same-day / last-minute requests since that's when desperate owners search.

Response time matters more than people think too. I've read that Rover's search ranking leans on how fast you reply and whether you've ever declined or cancelled, so I set notifications to buzz my phone and just committed to answering within the hour. Bookings picked up noticeably after that.
