Setting competitive prices - need advice!

How do you figure out what to charge? I don't want to price too high and scare people off, but I also want fair compensation. Any pricing strategies?

Research similar items in your area first! I price slightly below competition when starting out.

Consider your item's replacement cost, age, and condition. Rule of thumb: 1-3% of value per day.
