    Dealing with difficult clients - need advice

    Had my first truly awful client yesterday. Demanded I stay 2 extra hours, then complained about the price they agreed to, threatened a bad review. I stayed calm but now worried about retaliation review. How do you all handle these situations? Should I report to TaskRabbit support preemptively? Really shaken by the experience.

    Definitely contact support FIRST before they leave a review. Document everything via in-app messages. TaskRabbit is usually good about removing unfair reviews if you have evidence.

    So sorry this happened. In my experience, 1 bad review among many good ones doesn't hurt much. Respond professionally to it and future clients see you handle things well.
