I live between two metros and work both. Strategy: Set availability differently for each area. My home city on weekdays (shorter drives), the other on weekends (worth the drive for higher rates). Also discovered suburbs often pay MORE than city center - less competition, clients more appreciative. Currently working 3 zip codes and income jumped 40%.

Suburbs are underrated! Clients have bigger projects, more parking, and often tip better. The drive is worth it for the right jobs.

Smart strategy. I'm going to add a zip code on the other side of my city. Never thought about splitting by weekday/weekend based on location!
