Time is money on TaskRabbit. For assembly: Watch YouTube videos of IKEA assemblies before jobs. I can now do a MALM bed in 35 min, KALLAX shelf in 12 min. Clients are amazed and give great reviews. Practice common assemblies at home first if needed. Also, ALWAYS check the manual app on your phone - faster than printed instructions.

Love the YouTube pre-study idea. I've started doing this for Wayfair furniture too. The time savings are real and clients are impressed by the speed.

IKEA app is a lifesaver! Also their AR feature helps clients understand placement before you start. Makes the job smoother and avoids repositioning furniture.
