Getting 5 stars every time isn't luck. My process: 1) Text when I'm 10 min away 2) Introduce myself professionally 3) Discuss the job scope upfront 4) Do slightly more than asked 5) Clean up thoroughly 6) Before leaving, say "If you're happy with my work, I'd really appreciate a review - it helps me get more work." That last part is crucial. Most people forget to review unless reminded.

That reminder script is gold! I felt awkward asking but you're right - most people just forget. Started doing this and my review rate doubled.

The "do slightly more than asked" part is key. I always do a quick cleanup of packaging and scraps. Takes 5 min but clients remember it in their reviews.
