Best time to post in different time zones?

I've been posting at 7pm EST but my analytics show I have a lot of followers in Europe and Australia. How do you balance posting times when your audience is global? Do you just pick your largest time zone or try to alternate?

I use Later to schedule posts at different times for different audience segments. But honestly, I found that posting twice a day covers most time zones if you do like 9am and 8pm EST.

Your largest audience segment should be priority! Check your analytics for follower activity and post during their peak hours. For me it's 6pm EST even though I have some international followers.
