Wild update: A talent management agency reached out after one of my videos went viral (4.2M views). Just signed with them and they're already lining up brand partnerships I never could have gotten on my own. Keep creating, you never know who's watching!

So happy for you! I got approached by an agency too but wasn't sure if it was legit. What were the red flags you looked for when vetting them? Any advice for evaluating management offers?
