Hook formulas that actually work

I've tested about 50 different hook styles and these are my top 5 that consistently get 90%+ watch time in the first 3 seconds: 1) "POV you just..." 2) "Nobody talks about..." 3) Starting mid-action 4) Controversial opinion starter 5) Direct question to viewer. What hooks work for you?

The "Nobody talks about..." hook is SO effective! I also love starting with "Wait until the end..." or just jumping right into the action without any intro. Pattern interrupts work great too.

I use the "Did you know..." format a lot for educational content. Also showing the end result first then rewinding to show how works amazing for tutorials. Thanks for sharing these!
