Recommended microphones for clear audio

Audio quality can make or break a video. I've tested the Rode Wireless Go II (amazing but pricey), DJI Mic (solid and compact), and cheap Amazon lavs ($20). The DJI Mic is the best value IMO. What mics are you using?

DJI Mic is my pick too! Compact, reliable, and the sound quality is professional. For talking head videos it's perfect. Just make sure to do a test recording before every session.

Honestly the Hollyland Lark M1 is a great budget alternative to the Rode and DJI. About $150 and works great. But your phone mic works fine if you're in a quiet room close to the camera!
