Airport delivery vs home pickup - pros and cons?

I've been doing home pickups only but considering adding airport delivery. Those who do both - is the extra hassle worth the higher booking rates? How do you handle parking fees and timing with delayed flights?

Airport delivery increased my bookings by 40% but it's a time investment. I charge a $25 delivery fee which covers parking and my time. Pro tip: use the cell phone lot to wait for guests rather than paying for short-term parking.

I only do airport for trips 5+ days. Not worth the hassle for a 2-day rental. Also, always get the guest's flight info so you can track delays. Nothing worse than waiting 2 hours for a delayed flight!
