How I screen guests to avoid problems

I always check profile completeness, previous reviews, and how they communicate before accepting. Red flags: new accounts wanting long rentals, vague trip purposes, or pushy messages about instant booking. Trust your gut!

Great points! I also look at how old their account is vs number of trips. Brand new accounts with zero trips asking for expensive vehicles = hard pass for me.

The "trip purpose" question during booking is so telling. Vague answers or "just need a car" raises flags. Wedding guests, business travelers, and visitors exploring the city = usually great renters.
