After experimenting for 6 months, I found that dynamic pricing based on local events makes a huge difference. I check concert schedules, sports games, and convention calendars and bump prices 20-30% during high demand. Also, slightly lower weekday rates keep the car busy during slow periods.

This is gold! I use a similar strategy. Also worth noting: holiday weekends command 50%+ premiums. I start raising prices 2 weeks out when I see my area getting booked up on competitors' listings.

Great tips! I'd add that weekly and monthly discounts are huge for utilization. Offering 15% off for 7+ days gets me a lot of extended rentals that reduce turnover work.
