Looking to add a second car to my fleet but want to make sure I understand the real numbers. After Turo fees, insurance, maintenance, and depreciation - what percentage of gross earnings is actual profit? Be honest!

Real talk: expect 50-60% of gross to be actual profit after ALL expenses. That includes Turo fees (25-40%), cleaning supplies, maintenance, depreciation, and your time. Track everything in a spreadsheet!

It varies a lot by vehicle. My paid-off Camry nets 70% profit. My financed Tesla is closer to 40% after the car payment. Focus on low-cost, reliable vehicles with good resale value.
