Created a detailed Google Sheet that tracks per-car expenses, revenue, utilization rate, and actual profit margin. Happy to share the template if anyone's interested. Makes tax time so much easier!

Would love that template! I've been using a basic sheet but definitely missing some categories. Does yours calculate depreciation automatically?

Great resource! I'd add a column for "time spent" - it's important to factor in your hourly value when calculating true profit. Some cars look profitable until you count the hours!
