Phone chargers, aux cables, and a small cooler in the trunk have gotten me more positive mentions in reviews than anything else. I also leave a welcome card with local restaurant recommendations. What little extras do you provide?

Water bottles and gum are my go-to extras. Super cheap but guests always mention them in reviews. I also include a simple laminated guide with car features and local tips.

Sunglasses in the center console have been a hit, especially for my convertible. I buy cheap pairs in bulk. Also, a nice air freshener (not overpowering) goes a long way.
