From Uber driver to owning a small fleet

Started as a driver 4 years ago. Saved up, bought a second car, hired a driver. Now I have 5 cars on the road and manage the business while barely driving myself. Uber was my business school!

This is the dream! How do you handle insurance for multiple drivers? And do your drivers rent the cars or are they employees? Trying to understand the business model.

Amazing story! What was the biggest challenge going from 1 to 2 cars? That first expansion step seems like the scariest. Any advice for someone thinking about this path?
